Sudden absences
A team member doesn't turn up and there is nobody to call.
You run short or close for the day.
Flexible staff for businesses
Retail stores, warehouses, cafés and clinics call in trained local Fixers by the shift.
Cover a week-off, take on the morning clean-up, or add hands for a rush. Request a Fixer and a nearby professional takes the shift.
One person opens, one closes, and the busiest hours in between have nobody extra.

The problem
Take a café with 8 staff: 3 in the morning, 3 in the evening and 2 on the mid shift. On weekdays the mid shift has little to do. It matters on weekends, and on the one weekday a week when someone is on week off.

One typical month, four weeks.

Queues grow and reviews drop.
Salaries are fixed for the month, even for shifts you only need on some days.

Store opening
Book a Fixer before opening to clean the store. Your own team starts later, and only preps, stocks and serves.
Compare who cleans, and when your team has to arrive.
